Members balance regulatory expertise with commercial pragmatism.
合规业务覆盖企业合规体系建设、反垄断与反不正当竞争、数据与个人信息保护、商业秘密保护、政府监管应对、规范性文件评估及公平竞争审查。团队擅长将监管要求、行业惯例和企业经营场景结合，形成可执行的制度与整改方案。The compliance practice covers compliance programs, antitrust and unfair competition, data and personal information protection, trade secret protection, regulatory response, normative document assessment, and fair competition review.
团队曾为大型国有企业集团提供商业合规、公司治理、政府调查应对服务；为政府部门开展公平竞争审查第三方评估、营商环境法治保障和行政规范性文件后评估；并为企业数据跨境、隐私政策和员工数据处理提供合规意见。The team has advised major SOE groups on business compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory response, while also assisting government authorities with fair competition review and business environment projects.

曾任上海海事法院工作人员及跨国公司中国区法务主管，1999年起执业，专注疑难复杂商事争议、国际贸易、财富管理、反垄断与反不正当竞争等事项。Formerly worked at Shanghai Maritime Court and as China legal head of a multinational company; focuses on complex commercial disputes, international trade, wealth management, and competition matters.
